A nice game of Musical Org Chart, anyone?

IT pilot fish comes in to work over the weekend hoping to get some work done while the office is empty. No such luck -- there's a marketing person working too, and she's frantic.

"She said she had been trying for hours to locate the project she had been working on all week. Said she had looked everywhere for it," reports fish.

"I, of course, was ready to help. I went into the program she was using, PowerPoint, and used the menu option to open the last document she had been working on. She nearly cried when she saw that I had found what she had 'lost.'

"Noticing the file seemed huge for what it was, I started looking at it. On one page I noticed a shadow behind one of the pictures on a hierarchy chart. On closer inspection each of the 12 positions on the org chart had a dozen pictures.

"When I asked about it, she said she kept all the pictures there on the page and just changed around the front-most picture as needed. She mentioned she did that with all the other pictures in the document too, and was fairly proud of her idea.

"I left instead of doing any more work that day."
