OK, let's think this one through, shall we?

Pilot fish and his boss are responsible for supporting more than 650 computers and laptops on this private school's three separate campuses.

Naturally, that requires a fair amount of help from the faculty and staff -- which isn't always exactly what fish gets.

"This is the text of an email I received this morning," says fish:

Hi, sorry to bother you again...

The laptop cart has been plugged in for weeks, but no laptops are working. A quick check to the back of the cart shows the main power button is off. Should it be on?

What about the reset button?
