Shark Tank

And you call yourself a help desk!

Support pilot fish gets a call from a user who's trying to work from home — but can't manage to get a Wi-Fi connection.

"She called me for help because her wireless connection wasn't working," says fish. "She could get a good signal, but could not connect to anything."

Fish: Do you have any kind of wireless encryption turned on, like WEP?

User: I'm not sure.

Fish: OK, we'll need to connect to your router to see if there is a WEP key enabled.

User: Well...see... This is my neighbor's connection. The router is at his house.

Fish: Well, you'll need to ask him for the key.

User: Uh...I'm kinda...stealing it. But I don't get it — it's always worked before!

Fish: I can't really help you steal Internet.

User: Yeah, I understand. Thanks anyway.
