Extreme blogging for fun and profit

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- My colleague Seth Weintraub demonstrated in a post today what he calls "Snowblogging" -- blogging via his iPhone while on the chairlift at a ski resort in the French alps (with video, natch). Can you beat that? I'm not sure I can, although I've blogged in some pretty extreme situations.
(By the way, I'm no expert, but since Seth is a professional blogger, doesn't his post make the whole ski trip deductible as a business expense?)
Right now, I'm posting this from a nice hotel room in Midtown, Manhattan. Boring, yes. But I've blogged from Mayan jungles, the beach, the side of a volcano and from all manner of transportation vehicles -- boats, cars (80 mph), trains and airplanes. It's fun to do, and also helps me build the knowledge and habits for anywhere computing.
In addition to extreme or unlikely locations, I'm intrigued by alternative devices for blogging. For example, some perform what's called Jottblogging -- the use of the Jott phone service to post blogs. Jott gives you a phone number. When you call it, the service will translate your spoken words into written text. If you set it up in advance, you can specify your own blog as an addressee.
I've certainly blogged from cell phones using the phone's keypad and data connection. I've *almost* blogged from my Amazon Kindle -- the trouble there is that the device's browser is something right out of the mid 1990's.
What about you? What's the most extreme situation or device you've ever blogged from? Drop me a line at mike.elgan@elgan.com, and I'll post the most interesting blogging stories.
