Google Ink rears its head

Hello, my name is Seth Weintraub.  You might know me from such blogs as Apple Ink or 9to5Mac.  Well, it turns out that I love Google almost, if not more, than Apple.  So, here is Google Ink.
I use Google Apps extensively at work and as a home Gmail user. I am also in love with their many consumer products. Some areas I intend to cover:
- Android development.  Not just as a phone but I have first hand knowledge that the Google OS (it is the Google OS) will soon be hitting MIDs and even laptops.  While I expect to see some Intel development, the exciting areas will be in ARM usage over the next few months.
- Google Apps. Â It doesn't seem like a day goes by without some development on Google's Business office suite. Â I am of the opinion that the lion share of businesses could stand to benefit from some sort of Google Apps usage. Â And at Free.99, why wouldn't your business want to check it out? Â
- Google's Mac and PC apps including: Google Earth, Desktop, Chrome, Google Talk, SketchUp, and offline Apps/notifiers.
- General Google news.  As the Google landscape grows, Google's tentacles touch more and more entities.  Many believe Google has too much power.  Others believe in Google's mantra not to be evil.  The truth probably lies somewhere in between.
While I've taken businesses all the way with Email, Calendar, Contacts, Docs, Videos, etc., I think a slow migration is the best way to go. Â Docs is usually a good first taste of Apps. Â While the messaging suite isn't as mature as MS Exchange or Lotus Notes, it excels in ways they don't. Â And a lot of businesses, especially small to medium sized ones, don't need much of the extra stuff that Exchange and Lotus offer.
I hope I can share some of my experiences and how they effect the news of the day. Â Your comments and suggestions are (usually) very valuable and I read them religiously. Â In fact, a lot of my story ideas in the past have come from comments.
