Microsoft releases WMF exploit patch earlier than expected

Who says that Microsoft doesn't pay attention to its customers?
Probably due to popular demand, they released the patch for the much publicized WMF exploit today. 5 days earlier than previously expected.

By the way, Ed Bott posted a good comparison between the time it is taking Microsoft to release this patch versus how long it took the Firefox dev community to release a patch for a highly critical exploit last year.
Point? That Microsoft is more responsive than people want to give them credit for.
