Asterisk is start to make even bigger waves than when I made thispost a few weeks ago.
Now Robert L Mitchell is looking for a hybrid phone with VoIP. Nathan Torkington talks about it on O'Reilly Radar and now we have a good conversational piece over at O'Reilly by Brian McConnell.
Even more of an indicator that we're looking at more mainstream hardware is the release of a few books, including VoIP Telephony with Asterisk, Asterisk: The Future of Telephony and a side VoIP title, Practical VoIP with VOCAL.
If you haven't investigated VoIP and Asterisk yet, you'd better start soon.
