Shark Tank

Nonintuitive

User needs a loaner laptop, and this support pilot fish sets him up with the only one available.

"Most people are used to a mouse or a big touch pad on a laptop," fish says. "However, this loaner laptop didn't have the big touch pad, just a little button in the middle of the keyboard.

"As I went back to see if things were going OK, I noticed the user surrounded by other co-workers. They were doing a pool to see how many people knew that the little button in the middle was the 'mouse.'

"The user didn't feel so bad after finding out how many people didn't know as well."
