I received some interesting reader feedback to my Sept. 15 column, "An itSMF Chronicle," and I just had to share. The column was a lighthearted account of my recent adventure in San Francisco, where I took part in the IT Service Management Forum's Fusion '08 conference.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, I suppose a video must be worth at least 1,200 and change. So here, in a short but intimate video, I present a sampling of letters I received in response to my humbly offered chronicle.
